We ask that clothing will be placed in bags and breakable items in boxes.

What do I do on the day of pickup?
faq-icon

Please place your items outside of your home or in your building lobby at 8:00AM. The driver will call when he is en route – please be sure to answer.

What if I live in an apartment building?

We ask that you leave the items outside or in your building lobby. If that is not possible and you will be home anyway, you may bring the items down when the driver calls to let you know he’s on his way.

Is this service free?
faq-icon

Yes, there is no cost for our service. We take great joy in helping you help others.

What if I accidentally left something I didn't mean to give in my donation?
faq-icon

Unfortunately, due to the volume of donations received, we are generally not able to recover lost items left in bags. If you realize on the day of pickup, please let us know on that day so we have a chance of looking before the items are sorted. If the day has passed, unfortunately the items have already been sorted.
